Tasty Large Blueberries -- What is the best Northern Highbush cultivar?

We are planning to add more blueberry plants to our current crop (3
year old bare rooted stock, planted last fall -- 2009 ). I'm looking
for a cultivar that has very large berries which are still tasty and
sweet. What cultivar do you recommend? Please include the source.

We have the Premier and they are large and very good if they will grow in your area. I forgot to ask if you pick yourself or plan you pick em.
