BlueBay is now offering shipping worldwide for the countries covered
in Nationwide Express (Except African countries). Check their website:

For Singapore, the rates cannot be found in the Nationwide Express
website, it is as below:
< 500g : RM14.30 + RM30 (tax)
< 1kg : RM23.10 + RM30 (tax)
< 1.5kg: RM31.90 + RM30 (tax)
< 2kg: RM40 + RM30 (tax)

There may be tax impose by the destination country's custom, buyer
will pay the tax which will be collected by the courier company. We'll
usually send the parcel as gift so that tax can be excluded. (But
sometimes it may happenned to have tax charged also)

For international purchase, a paypal money request will be sent to
your email. You can pay using your paypal account or credit/debit
card. BlueBay will charge a 3.9% on the transaction based on total
purchase amount + RM2 for each transaction. e.g. Total purchase after
discount is RM1000. Charge will be RM1000 X 3.9% + RM2 = RM41.

For Singapore buyer, you may pay using Maybank Singapore or using
paypal. No charge for Maybank payment however a 3.9% + RM2 charge will
be impose if using paypal.

Malaysian buyer, remained payment to BlueBay Maybank account.
