As we are approaching towards Regional Final on 2nd March, I'm sure your team is also getting ready with daily practice this week.. its normal....

Let them go to bed early on Friday!

Few reminders for this week - may help you....

REST OF THE WEEK
=================
- Read the long term problem description another time... More you read more you may find something new.
- Ensure reading all problem clarifications from OOTM site
- Review all Required Lists/FORMS for completeness.
- Provide all necessary support team may feel needed during their final.

ON THE FINAL DAY
=================
- Reach at-least 45 minutes before your teams first event
- Bring lots of WATER & SNACKS. This will be a long day.
- You may plan for lunch at DiDi's / Sandwich /Pizza  place nearby.
- Allow team to watches few other performance for their learning.
- TEAM & COACHES must wear WS T-Shirts
- PICTURE TIME : Pls meet  in-front of the MAIN GYM (play area) for TEAM PHOTO at 4 PM . Please bring your team with WS T-Shirts ONTIME for team picture.
- We may plan to organize kids creative art session for SCHOOL Banner to Carry that evening for Facilitation. We will also have our WS Banner with us. Just in case.
- OOTM T-Shirts & Other souvenir will be available for interested parents to purchase.
- We all will be guest that day to the school. So, its our responsibility to keep their facility clean.

ESCALATIONS

I never had to escalate any odd situation with Regional Mgmt myself... In case you feel needed Please contact me first (510 928 4823) before talking to anybody in the region. This is a program to foster CREATIVE THINKING. Going thru the process is more Important than winning a trophy. So, in general escalations in this program are considered to be negative approach/ways to solve differences. If you are not happy with score or any judgement or any individual, pls connect with me first before talking to anybody, if needed we will talk to necessary person to help you as needed to ensure kids gets proper judgement. Normally Judges are very gracious & liberal for scoring.. they all are parents of the same community members, so understands kids sentiment & expectations

Pls help maintaining cordial and friendly environemnt. We are brining largest team to the region (with 300+ headcount) , so we have bigger responsibility!.
