2010 Crew Calendar Status inquiry

When will the 2010 Crew calendar be posted? So far the only firm
dates I have are:

Weeding Weekend ! - June 11 - 13, 2010. Leader Hal Hallett. Lodging
at Pinnacles.

Weeding Weekend 2 - August 13 - 15. Leader Alex Lampros. Lodging at
Pinnacles.

I know the rest of the calendar was in development for posting on
Kerry's B&W Crew site. Perhaps is should also be posted here for
those of us making 2010 plans.

We also need to be sure to reserve Pinnacles before others beat us to
it.

Hal,
I apologize.  Patrick organized the calendar several months ago (and handled the reservations) and I've been meaning to get it on the website for the last couple of weeks.  I'll try to get to that soon.
In the meantime, would you handle posting it on the google-page.

Looking over next year's schedule, I have some reservations on the Jones Mt.
weekend. White Oak is a bit of a drive when you factor the walk in to Jones
Mt. Perhaps something closer to the cabin?

Jones Mt. almost needs its own cabin venue though that would be for
stalwarts only. Could be a cool project though. Imagine the PA notice:

"MEN (and women) WANTED: FOR HAZARDOUS JOURNEY. SMALL (no) WAGES, BITTER
COLD (or heat), LONG MONTHS OF COMPLETE DARKNESS, CONSTANT DANGER, SAFE
RETURN DOUBTFUL. HONOUR AND RECOGNITION IN CASE OF SUCCESS (Trailhead
article).

I concur.  We might spend most of the day in transit rather than working on the trail.  Perhaps a trail section closer to White Oak would be best.  There's so much work to do along the AT and April is usually a good time to get started.

Blue and White Crew weekends and workshops.

available to more people. It sure won't let me in.

It should be available anyone with the password and username. If anyone
wants to post photos, let me know and I'll be glad to provide those. It
would be preferable, in my opinion, to maintain the directory structure
on the flickr site (trips organized by years and months), since
willy-nilly posting is going to make the site difficult to navigate.

p.s. If you have a yahoo account, your browser may want to automatically
fill in the username/password that it knows. You'll have to delete the
files on that browser, if you want to post photos. Let me know if this
is the case, and I'll provide instructions.

It might depend on which version you're using, but your browser should
have a "Clear Recent History" in the Tools option (top toolbar). If you
select that, you'll see a "details" drop-down. Select that, and make
sure that everything except "Site Preferences" is checked. Then use the
"Time Range to Clear" drop-down to select "everything." That should get
rid of your files. I use firefox all of the time, but I have to say
that I like the IE options for this activity a little better than the
firefox options.
