February 5, 2011 Blue and White Crew Winter Pot Luck Party in Oak

The Blue & White Crew, together with their family and friends, are
gathering at the Hallett/Lampros residence in Oak Hill, VA. Details
are:

Date: Saturday, February 5, 2011 (Super Bowl Eve)

Time: 5 PM until??; Dinner will start about 6 PM.

Food Service. Potluck – please bring a food item to share.

Beverage Service. Please bring your beverage of choice. Coffee & tea
is provided by the hosts.

Table Service. Paper plates, cups, and plastic utensils provide by
hosts.

Weather. Beyond our control. We always hope for the best. Too early
to predict with any accuracy.

Program. This is our annual B&W Crew winter gathering. A great time
to get reacquainted and to make plans for the upcoming crew season.
Plan to join the fun.

Details - We have moved the date back to the first Saturday in
February due to conflicts on the hosts' calendar. As is the usual
Blue & White Crew tradition, this will be a pot luck affair. Without
the use of the Google Group page function, Hal and Alex will maintain
the participant roster and provide periodic e-mail updates. The
planning is similar to previous events.
