Use of Business Logic in our Data Integration

Hi, Here is my situation: We have a data integration
application(Winforms application on .NET) that reads data from our
integration partners(various platforms) it into our application.
Currently we have mappings hard coded in code for each case and also
case specific processing, we want to move away from this architecture
and have mapping information not in code but as dynamic maps (files on
individual computers or on a web site) so that our clients can just
select the map, source, target and have the conversions done, this way
even as mappings change code does not have to change(clients can
update their maps).

Is there a way that Business Logic Toolkit can solve my Problem ?
Any help in this matter is appreciated.
