At 150 mts away from Sri 1008ou Sheetalnath Digambar Jain Mandir Ji puttnahalli (JP nagar 7th Phase) there is an apartment is coming up with all amenities from Mahaveer Group. The builder is willing to give bigger group discount if we have more Jain families. The discount is on top of prelaunch offer . The four floor (G+ 3) building is being constructed in a 2.3 Acre land as with total 160 flats. More details is there at the end of email.
A curtain Raiser meeting has been conducted today at Jain Mandir Ji puttnahalli and we have received an overwhelming response .
Here is MOM:-
1. We have collected interest and part of preferences from more than 25 prospective buyers.
2. At an outset members are very excited and pleased with the building and amenities , however there are some open queries for the builder which are collated in one excel sheet here . Should you also have any query, you may send it to the group (jai...@googlegroups.com ).
3. All members are requested to fill the preferences in attached excel sheet and send to the group .
4. To ensure fruitful negotiation , we have agreed to following process :
a. Identify genuine buyers .
b. Negotiate with builder based on the number of genuine buyers
c. Selection of apartments in first come first serve order for the deposit (i.e. Rs1000/- + Cheque ).
d. Engagement of legal /banking consultants for loan and builder document verification .
e. Submission of booking amount cheques for realization after individual buyer consent .
5. It has been agreed that to identify genuine buyers, each interested buyer must contribute Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand only ) in cash and a post-dated cheque of remaining booking amount .
6. The collection will be done on tomorrow Sunday, May 12, 2013 between 11:30 am to 1:30 PM at Sri 1008 Sheetalnath digambar jain Temple , Puttenahalli , JP nagar 6th Phase Bangalore.
7. The last and final date of deposit submission is Saturday, May 18, 2013. During the weekdays you can make deposit to Samant (9036023568), Arvind (9916001284) or Dr. Abhishek (9901961424).
