You can also find Nový Svět (New World) in Hradčany. It was originally a quarter for the poor. The street originated in the 14th century and it was supposed to provide housing for the cattlemen. However, due to frequent fires, majority of houses are from the 17th century. Maybe because they belonged to the poor ones, they have so much gold in their names. You can find houses at the Golden Pear, Golden Vine or Golden Star. A bush, tree, plough or a stark are also made of gold in Nový Svět.
Carex rosea, or Golden Star Sedge, is a small tufted woodland sedge with fine leaves and delicate star-like seed clusters. Growing no more than a foot tall, the small bright green tufts are able to stand out in the shade garden. Carex rosea looks great in small groups, or mixed with a variety of low-growing woodland wildflowers.

D. Sridhar's Game For Love was noteworthy while the other two under-performed at the box-office. He continued such roles in the years 2004 and 2005 starring in films such as Dayal Padmanabhan's Baa Baaro Rasika (2004) playing Sunil Raoh's friend, V. Ravichandran's Aham Premasmi (2005) and Nagathihalli Chandrashekar's Amrithadhare (2005) co-starring Dhyan, Ramya which also had a guest role played by Amitabh Bachchan.[20]
Then came the 2006 film Mungaru Male, which was a roaring success. The film was directed by Yogaraj Bhat. Ganesh had been involved in the script development process and was curious to act in the movie. He got director Bhat to meet E. Krishnappa. Since Krishnappa knew Ganesh (both hails from Adakamaranahalli, Nelamangala), he agreed to finance the film. Since Yogaraj Bhat could not get dates from any Kannada actress, he signed a relatively unknown actress, Pooja Gandhi. The film's lyrics were penned by Jayant Kaikini and music was composed by part-time music director Mano Murthy. Jayant Kaikini, son of renowned writer late Gourish Kaikini, was a well-known columnist and writer. The film was mainly shot during the rainy season in places like Madikeri, Sakaleshpura, Jog Falls and Gadag. On 2007, starred in Krishna film opposite Mungaru Male fame Pooja Gandhi, which became sensational hit at the box office, completing 100-days in main centres of Karnataka.[21][22]
Forged under an auspicious comet, this staff was originally a gift for the Water Spirit of the Silkworm River. A young prince named Seng Lo sought to win the heart of the Water Spirit and had the staff created as a gift. He then convinced the Great Eastern Serpent to fly him to the heavens, where he dipped the staff in the golden comet. The light of the comet dimmed, but the staff became more powerful than any before it. To this day, no one knows if Seng Lo won the Water Spirit's heart, but there is no questioning the magnificence of the staff he created.
Golden Star Tunicate colonies often grow up to 10 cm in diameter. They can be distinguished from other types of tunicates by the star-shaped arrangement of individuals within a clear, firm, coat or tunic. Despite their name, they can be many different colours and patterns and colonies are usually two-toned (common colours include black, brown, bright orange and green). Colonies are typically densely packed into a mat that covers the underlying surface. Where space is limited, they may grow in lobes, with single layers of individuals folding over one another. Golden Star Tunicate colonies are arranged into a star or flower-shaped pattern; zooids are recumbent (positioned horizontal relative to the substrate) with the pointed end directed into the centre of the colony.
The Golden Star Tunicate reproduces two ways: when fragments of a colony break off and bud elsewhere, and by the production of eggs that hatch into free-swimming larvae. Both fragments and larvae settle and grow on a range of artificial surfaces such as buoys, boat hulls, rope, wharf pilings, and floating docks as well as on natural surfaces such as rocks, mussels and kelp. Larvae released into the water column settle within 24 to 48 hours, and only travel over small distances. Colony fragments may reproduce for up to 40 days and may disperse over much greater distances. Colonies grow once water temperatures exceed 6º C. Egg production, larval development, and growth start at water temperatures greater than 12º C. During the winter, when water temperatures drop below 6º C, colonies may enter a resting phase, reduce in size or die. Transport of free-swimming larvae in the ballast water of ships is unlikely because of their short larval cycle, but ballast may contain floating debris that could serve as a vector for adult forms.
When combined with surveys (see map of where the Golden Star Tunicate are located), using genetic tools to find eggs and larvae of Golden Star Tunicate will help target control and prevention efforts. Improving our understanding of its lifecycle will help us to establish where and when to apply these efforts. Especially important is the removal of Golden Star Tunicate before it reproduces each year. Recent work by Memorial University of Newfoundland and Fisheries and Oceans Canada at Arnold's Cove indicates the reproduction cycle starts in late July and continues through early October.
On the South Frio Street corner where Golden Star has been since 1983, the restaurant stands out among the office buildings and convenience stores in the area. Behind the tiled roof entrance, decorative iron gate and red pillars flanking the doors is a typical cafe except for the golden dragons encircling ornately carved posts.
