Are you expecting a baby and looking for ways to connect mindfully to yourself, your growing baby and other expectant parents? My next prenatal yoga series starts this Wednesday evening. This four-week series will run Aug 19-Sept 9, from 7:30-8:45pm via Zoom.

This month's new moon (representing new beginnings) rises on Tuesday night, so it's an especially auspicious time to start a month-long journey of self-inquiry and self-care. Teaching prenatal yoga is very dear to me, so I can't wait to come together and share this practice with you. We will connect and support one another and you will learn how to use the tools of yoga to support yourself physically and mentally during your current stage of pregnancy, and to prepare for labor, birth and early parenthood.

The fee for the series is $70. This includes access to class videos between our live weekly meetings, so you don't have to worry about missing a class due to a conflict, and can practice on your own time as often as you wish.

To register for the series, please contact me directly at secharlesworth at gmail dot com.

Please spread the word to anyone else you know who is expecting a baby! My classes are appropriate for all trimesters and levels of experience with yoga; I've had everyone from complete yoga newbies to fellow yoga teachers participate and benefit, all the way from "I just had a positive pregnancy test" to "I'm going to meet my baby any day now"!

A recent prenatal yoga "graduate" shared this review on my facebook page:
"Sarah's prenatal classes are amazing! Having practiced yoga at a dozen studios over the last 15 years, I wasn't sure about taking a prenatal class online through Zoom. I shouldn't have hesitated. Sarah's classes feel as close to a real class as I can imagine, and so much better than a YouTube video. She creates a sense of community and shared experience, and makes sure to tailor each class to what YOU need in that moment. The sequences are a perfect balance of challenging and relaxing, pushing me just enough in my third trimester that I'm getting a light workout and a good stretch without ever leaving me feeling like I overdid it. The online class is also great because there is no commute time and you can do it anywhere you want. I wholeheartedly recommend Sarah's prenatal classes to anyone who wants to stretch it out and create space in their body while carrying a growing baby!" - Rachel M

I am so excited to launch this series! Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions or concerns.

Namaste,
Sarah
