Hi everyone,

I am glad to communicate that J. David Ibáñez has just joined to the Blosc Steering Council. He has been a long-time contributor to the project, and although his contributions are not that many, being the architect of Caterva2 (https://github.com/ironArray/Caterva2), he has shown an excellent knowledge of C-Blosc2 / Python-Blosc2 libraries.
