ANN: bcolz has become officially unmaintained

Hi,

We recently decided to officially drop the maintenance for the bcolz package.  Sorry if that creates inconvenience for you, but unfortunately this is part of the dynamics of open source.

We have added a prominent notice about this here:

Hope we can find a new maintainer team soon!
