Red Cross Wilderness First Aid Class

The Monroe County chapter of the American Red Cross is offering a
wilderness first aid class beginning next week. You might be able to
get in if you act fast or keep a lookout for a similar class in the
spring. The guy teaching the class is a former Army medic. The price
is $75 dollars, which includes the purchase of a couple of books.
Hopefully, you will never need to use this knowledge while caching,
but sometimes accidents happen in remote areas. For more info call
