ircDDBgateway upgraded

Hi all,

Just upgraded our ircDDBgateway software on the K9IU D-Star repeater gateway from "20130131 release" to "20140203 beta".  This brings us up to a year's worth of updates though the "release" tag still lingers a year behind.

The changelog is pretty lengthy within that time, but the majority of changes are along the lines of fixing IP addresses for reflectors between dplus, x-reflector, and starnet.  If you want the gory details start reading between 20130131 and 20140203 at  http://svn.berlios.de/wsvn/opendv/trunk/ircDDBGateway/CHANGES.txt

I've tested port B (2m) and C (440 / linked system) and they both work.

cc'ing K9IU for their info.  I know there are quite a few active members in K9IU nowadays, let me know if you want a d-star presentation/demonstration, I'd be happy to do one sometime  (and yeah, we can discuss the pros/cons of using AMBE).
