New receive pre-amp, P432VDG

The new pre-amp for the repeater has been ordered and I hope it will
be at my house tonight. If so then I will install it tomorrow. This
new pre-amp has a better noise floor and more gain. If we have
problems then the extra receive filter will need to be installed (we
have one).

The pre-amp/filter was installed today. The old repeater equipment was
removed and returned Donny. We have room now for the 2m RF deck that I
hope to get this summer.
