ircDDB installed on K9IU d-star system

Hi all,

We now have ircDDB installed on the K9IU system. This basically
provides quicker callsign routing (not having to do with dplus
linking). See ircddb.net for more details.

One side benefit that this provides is a global 'live' view of
transmissions made on ircddb-enabled repeaters. By default callsigns
are not shown for privacy (yet you still reap the benefits of the
improved callsign routing). If you want to enable your callsign to be
shown you will need to send a command to the repeater in the UR field.
