DStar Repeater update

Hi all,

The bloomington dstar repeater went down on Friday, and we had it back
up yesterday afternoon in its new location on campus. This is about
the same height as it was, but with a better antenna and duplexer to
match!

With this comes a frequency change to 444.900+ (input of 449.900).
Everything else should be the same. This will be the permanent
frequency for the K9IU D-Star repeater.

Please do send reception reports, we are anxious to see how much of an
improvement, if any, the new setup is.
