gateway outage and REF038C (Hamvention) linkup

We had an outage in the gateway PC today - the power supply quit working. Got that replaced and it is all back on the air.
In addition, we've linked up the 2m C module to REF038C which is where the Daytom Hamvention chatter will be. Feel free to de-link it if you want to use that module, and to link it back send "REF038CL" as UR
