If you know your password but cannot login, you can try unlocking your account on the Self-Service Password Reset site at . The steps to unlock your account can be found in the Self-Service Password Reset Document. This utility cannot be used if you have not set up a profile through Multi-Factor Authentication.

Up to 5 additional usernames can be created within the software application. This can be accessed by selecting Help > Registration > Request Additional Users. This will open a registration window. Fill in all of the required data and click OK to submit the request.
