HiI have a Risograph GR3750 which is not lifting paper tray.When i switch it on it will say add paper and when i put the paper it will say ready to print while the tray is down,if i press print the feed rollers will turn while not feeding paper because the tray will be down then it give T2 call service.How do i sove this problem?Is there a way of reseting this machine?How do i enter into TEST MODE for this model?If you have service manual you can email it to nrs...@yahoo.com Best regardsNyoni
