Interestingly, this is the first week where I have lost rather than gained muscle size all over. Only my upper arm circumferences were slightly positive (the smallest increase to my right arm and no change to my left). All other muscles including chest, upper legs, shoulders, and calves have reduced in size. I believe that I have reached a point in this program where I am simply not consuming enough calories to stimulate muscle growth. That being said, my primary goal was fat loss. As such, I am not too worried about this dip in muscle progress.

Great progress man! And very well captured.
I have been doing the shortcut to shred for the past 4 and a half weeks and honestly i have not seen the progress i was hoping for. And today, i am feeling discouraged and negative about this program coz i have put in a lot of effort and seen less results.
I was 22.5% body fat at the start and last week i checked on 13th sept, i was 18.9%. That was decent progress right there. But this week on the 20th, it shows i am 19%. My weight has gone a bit down from last week though. It is just confusing whether i should even carry on with this program. It takes most of my free time in the evenings. Anyways, i have decided to finish this program anyhow and see the result in the end. I am left with 8 workout sessions.
What program did you do after the amazing progress u made at the end of shortcut to shred?

You have to remember that if you are using body fat callipers, they are only accurate to within 1%. So a 0.1% BF difference in one week can happen. If you are using electrical impedance BF scales, these can be wildly off depending on time of day / your hydration levels etc. As long as you are following the diet, keeping the gym intense (I upped each cardio session by 10 seconds every week), and hitting your protein figures, you WILL get results. Simple as that.

I am in first week of this programme. In the beginning I was planning to go with some other workout plan as I thought this looks bit easy and reduces wieght training exercise alot (I used to train only one muscle group each day with Atleast 7 to 8 exercises) I was 101 kgs one and half month back when I started training in gym and i was 98 kgs the day I started this program 4 days back and today was my fourth day and my wieght has dropped to 95.5 as weigh this morning before workout. I was going to gym from month and half and had total control on my diet which was very well planned but still I was not getting such amazing results which I got in just last four days. Only issue I am facing is that I start cardio after about 10 to 15 seconds of finishing wieght training and my cardio session lasts about 30 secs and then i take 15 secs rest and then proceed to next set. I tried pushing more but from last two days I am noticing that I am missing last exercise completely as I get totally exhausted and almost faint lying on gym floor. My trainer in gym is laughing at me from past three days due to my screams, excess swet and lying half conscious on floor after completing workout.
