The most standout features to me are the various ways to visualize your project structure, such as graph mode, tables, lists, or a general board. While it may seem simple, this allows me to approach the same project with whatever mindset that best fits me in a given day. I don't have to force myself to adjust to the same structure if I'm not in the headspace to deal with its format. Instead, I can look through the other options to adjust the program to me.
One positive aspect of Nuclino that I appreciated was how easy it was to use. The interface is intuitive and simple, making it easy to navigate and find what I needed. Additionally, the drag-and-drop features for adding images to documents were helpful and convenient. Overall, I found the software to be user-friendly and straightforward to integrate into my workflow.
My biggest complaint about Nuclino is the lack of transparency about its pricing structure. The fact that the Standard plan only allows for two users and any additional users require an extra fee was not made clear before I subscribed. I also found it frustrating that I did not receive the promised two-week free trial with my subscription. Another issue was the inability to make an entire workspace public and the need to make every item public individually, which was time-consuming and resulted in non-functional item links. Additionally, the absence of a messaging or chat feature within Nuclino made team communication outside of the platform necessary. Finally, the cost of the service was too high for a simple document hosting service, and the lack of additional features did not justify the price.
Nuclino is THE most accessible knowledge base / wiki-like tool. It is perfect for groups where members join and leave frequently and can't be bothered with complicated sign-up processes or be taught where the Edit-button is. Just sign up with the invitation link and start reading and writing.
We really enjoy this solution, it's very easy to use and practically works like our internal database. We are also able to link external documents for easy sharing. These features really enhance the company's real-time collaboration. Since this is an easy tool, we expend very little time training our partners.
One thing that they can improve is the formatting tools, some variety is needed to have a pleasant UX. If the company grows and uses more space this tool suffers, we only recommended for medium or small databases. Pricing can be expensive if you use it with large teams.
Nuclino was incredibly fast to set up, and enabled us to hit the ground running with our internal documentation. Writing up articles and, most importantly, linking them together was extremely easy and effective. Making links to nonexistent pages creates those pages for you, and the effect this has on workflow is incredible. At $5/user/month larger teams might feel the squeeze, but for small teams it's hard to beat this price and ease of use.
The only con about the software is when using its beta version online The website and clank up information and sometimes when using auto correct it may put something it recognizes from other emails onto you a current message. This is a minor error that one was look before sending and message as one does with anything

Comments: This system, first and foremost, is EXTREMELY easy to use. The GUI is self explanatory, with a clean and modern front end. It's allowed us to being to collate everything our business requires for a knowledge base as we look to undergo business expansion within the next 2 years. It's probably as simple as it gets when it comes to using it. Much like a Wikia page you'd see on when you're browsing Google, everything has it's own defined collection, within the collection is your subsections of content. With no difficulty, it's practically the case of pressing a + and it's added (of course you need to write your own content, but Nuclino has some fantastic example articles as to how you could create your own). Great for our business is that Nuclino supports images. So I can give a visual representation as to some of the guides I have put together (and it means we can throw a funny gif or two in).There will be some of you who have used Nuclino more in depth than I have and no doubt ever will, but for us, we needed something that would be budget friendly for when we do purchase our subscription. It's fantastic value for money as you can see from the pricing.Do not hesitate, get signed up.
Nuclino is really intuitive to use. We built a training module for our business using Nuclino and it was a really successful experience. We like how easy it is to create subsections and insert content, including code blocks. I also like that there is a way to create permissions so you can control who can edit content and who cannot.
I like the ability to break down into very small detail via workspaces, clusters, documents, headings and lists. It allows the "pan and zoom" that I need in my work and allows my team to document a complex organisation.
