Tags aren't being used?

When I started using blogofile_blog, I expected (from the brief
description in docs) categories and tags to behave similarly. However,
tags don't seem to actually be used for anything (while categories work
as expected).

Is this by design, or is the code for tags still on the "to do" list?

Not sure if it's by design or oversight, but you are correct that
there's no code to zurp up tags and process them the way that there is
for categories. I think right now they're mostly a destination for
converted entries so that you don't lose the data on the way out of
Wordpress.

If there isn't an issue filed for this, it's probably worth making
one. And if you get really motivated, I'm sure patches are welcome
too. :-)

No, there hasn't been any activity on doing anything with tags, other than the opening of an issue on Github: https://github.com/EnigmaCurry/blogofile_blog/issues/12
