Project re-organization underway

Today I moved the BlogML 2.0 schema file over to the BlogML Google Code project.  On the .NET side of things, I have renamed that project as "BlogML .NET Tools".  The url's for both are as follows:
From this day forth, they will be completely separate projects and the source of truth for BlogML will be the Google Code site.
