Home Page only Shows 3 Posts! How to show 10 Posts???

Hi All

I want to show maximum of 10 posts on my blog Home page, I try to change the number from:

Blogger Setting > Posts & Comments >

And I changed "Show at most" to 10, I saved and applied, but still I got only 3 posts.

So any one can you please help me in this issue.

I can paste my blogger XML Code if you ask to.
