Must have AWS, Agile, Saas or PaaS

Job Title :           Linux System Admin 

Location  :           Austin, TX

Duration  :           6-12 months contract 

 

Job Description:

3+ years Systems Administration in a Linux software product or service provider environment (SaaS or PaaS)

Experience working with high functioning agile development teams

Experience supporting cloud based software deployments (AWS, Rackspace)

Solid knowledge of GIT, Nexus and Puppet

Scripting abilities in KORN, BASH, PERL, preferred

Additional Requirements

7-10 years systems administration and 3 yrs as in a Linux software product or service provider environment

Embraces an autonomous working environment providing improvement recommendations to the team

Experience working with development teams to deliver new products and enhancements

Has a mindset of continued improvement

Experience with Agile practices (Kanban).
