I just received Mel's cute pumpkin blocks today. What a great Birthday
present. Ok I'll share them. If you liked her picture they look even
better in person.

Thursday is the mailing deadline.

Happy Birthday!  My blocks are in the works, I know I'm cutting it very close to the wire, but been so overwhelm with working at the shop and preparing for Houston.  They will be in the mail tomorrow though, before I get on the plane!!

It never fails you wait and wait for packages and you swear the
mailman is purposly keeping it to make you wait longer. So I have to
say the mailman is not playing nice and delivering Toni's pumpkin
blocks. I hope they will show up in the next couple of days. As soon
as they do; I'll get everyone's swapped and put right back into the
mail. For the mailman to play havoc on delivering them to their new
homes.

I just got home last night from Houston (wooo hooo fun!!).  I sent blocks out last Tuesday. Hopefully my blocks are there today!?  If not, Tamara let me know.  Figures the only time I didn't do a delivery confirmation.

Toni,
Glad to hear you had fun in Huston. I so wanted to go but just did not
have time in my schedule. As of today's mail I still have not received
your blocks. So strange I also ordered something that was shipped last
tuesday and it went from Texas to Illinois, then onto Kansas City,
Missouri. Talk about taking the long route to get to Nebraska.
Hopefully they show up soon.

Keep me posted and I'll whipped up another set today and tomorrow (I'm off of work luckily) and resend by end of week if they still haven't arrived.

I have never had something lost in swapping over the years, but I have hear of the horror stories.

I'm terrible sorry for the delay to everyone else.

Thanks Tamara for the update.

Toni,

I am so sorry, but I have to think your blocks are lost in the snail
mail. As of today still nothing. I have never had anything go missing
like this. Maybe slow getting here like the last package, but they
eventually show up. I wonder if they are taking the slow boat to China
and back.

I have never had things to missing either, but I have heard stories.  I have started another set of 6 and will have time to finish them by tomorrow to mail out on Tuesday (monday is a holiday right?).  That is if everyone is ok waiting another week to get their blocks, I'll mail them Tuesday.  If not, I understand and ya'l can swap without me. :(

I will always do confirmation now on all packages I send out.  I'm very upset, I had made 2 sets.

It is ok with me also. I am sure the others will understand as well.
Things like this cannot be helped. It really is an unfortunate thing
to have happen. The sad thing is that your work is lost somewhere with
the USPS.
