How do convert existing website (only 1 page) to google gadget (desktop)?

Hi guys,

I am a newbie of Google Gadget Desktop. I need to know is there any
way to convert existing website (only 1 page) to be a new Gadget on
Desktop?

I am starting to use Gadget Designer for a day.
I just only see the create new one of Gadget but no sample for convert
the existing web page to a Gadget.

Please help me.
