Inbound Voice is a cloud-based telephony service for both geographic and non-geographic numbers that provides online access to a full range of call routing, monitoring and management tools; supporting your organisation to provide high quality customer service.
Inbound numbers are important for organisations as many people still prefer calling a business to receive support, make a purchase, or to get information. So, using a telephony option such as inbound numbers to provide the best service for your customers is key, and there are a range of numbers that can support your business.
Business phone numbers are essential to provide a presence and allow customers to communicate with your business. There are a range of numbers which a business can use to enable this communication, as highlighted below.
Non-geographic numbers, or NGN numbers, are numbers that are not linked to any specific location, which means calls can be routed to virtually any destination, and this routing can be adjusted depending on a range of factors, like the time of the call.
Calls are free of charge for the caller, as the service provider pays for the full cost of the call, which makes it ideal for customer service applications or advertising campaigns. These can be used nationally, within your own country, or be extended into other countries.
Geographic numbers are local numbers (effectively the opposite of geographic numbers, or NGN numbers) that represent a geographical location, which allows customers to identify your organisation with a specific location. This can be available in a country where you usually operate nationally, or in your sites abroad (if you do not have a cross-border site you can give your company a virtual presence overseas instead).
With employees working remotely and critical systems moving to the cloud, traditional network perimeters have exploded and businesses need to stay secure beyond borders to enable success. You know which Indianapolis Colt is No. 1 in your heart, but which Colt is No. 1 at each number? Here is a look at the top players to wear each number in Indianapolis, using
pro-football-reference.com's list:
4. Jim Harbaugh: Kickers Dean Biasucci and Adam Vinatieri can stake a claim to one of the most talented numbers in Indianapolis Colts history, but Captain Comeback made Indianapolis a Colts town in 1995.
5. Kerry Collins: His primary contribution to the Colts was going 0-3 as the starting quarterback during the "Suck for Luck" campaign, but he had a long, productive NFL career. Josh Freeman and Quan Bray are Collins' competition at this spot.
8. Matt Hasselbeck: Tied for second on the winning percentage list (5-3, .625), and kept the Colts afloat without Luck last year at the age of 40 despite battling food poisoning and opposing defenses.
11. Jeff George: Never lived up to the expectations in his hometown, but the Colts dealt him to Atlanta for the draft pick that became Marvin Harrison. The other choice is Anthony Gonzalez, a first-round pick who played in 40 games and made 99 catches.
35. Pierre Desir: Desir came out of no where to start 6 games in 2017, then made an even bigger jump last season, becoming the Colts' No. 1 corner. His only competition is Tate Randle, a reserve defensive back who made 3 interceptions in 1984.
38. Eugene Daniel: Just an eighth-round pick, he established himself quickly, making six interceptions as a rookie in 1984 and eight the next season. Played corner in Indianapolis until he was 35.
50. Duane Bickett: The fifth overall pick in 1985, he put in nine seasons at linebacker with the Colts, making 9 interceptions and 50 sacks with a Pro Bowl appearance in 1987. This has been a productive number with Jerrell Freeman, Larry Moore and David Thornton also filling it.
52. Mike Peterson: A versatile linebacker (7 interceptions, 4.5 sacks) who stepped into the starting lineup his rookie year and stayed there until free agency called. Played 14 seasons in the NFL.
58. Gary Brackett: Undrafted and undersized, he became the leader of the Colts defense. Brackett had 12 interceptions and 4 sacks in his nine seasons and was, deservedly, a fan favorite.
59. Cato June: Another of the catch-and-release linebackers from the Dungy era. June had 10 interceptions and 362 tackles in four seasons before signing with Tampa Bay in free agency.
91. Jonathan Newsome: He had 6.5 sacks as a rookie in 2014, but was gone the next year due a combination of a lack of production and an arrest. Josh Thomas was a solid reserve defensive lineman if you prefer.
From the 2023 season to where we currently stand, the Colts have had the third-lowest amount of roster turnover in football. But given the nature of the NFL, with a few outside free agent additions, the NFL draft, and undrafted free agent signings, there are still plenty of new faces, and with that, new jersey numbers to know.
With OTAs well underway for the Colts, here is an updated look at their roster by jersey numbers. Also, of note, with the Colts receiving a roster exemption for International Pathway Player Marcel Dabo, they have 91 players on their roster instead of the usual 90.
This article describes the many variations of the Colt AR-15 and M16 rifle family of weapons produced by Colt's Manufacturing Company. Weapons patterned on the original ArmaLite AR-15 design have been produced by numerous manufacturers and have been used by nations around the world, some of which created their own variations. The tables here are split into a variety of categories and provide an overview of different subtypes. For purposes of these tables, bold model numbers are weapons used (or previously used) by the U.S. Military while italic model numbers are weapons for commercial or export sale. See Glossary of terms for an explanation of each column.
Colt has been the most visible producer of ArmaLite AR-15 pattern weapons, and the military designations M16 and M4 are heavily associated with the company. Colt has an intricate internal nomenclature system for its models, with a variety of suffixes and prefixes. Colt's systems have generally followed the times and though its model numbers originally came without prefixes, with the need to separate weapons made for civilian consumption from those made for military and law enforcement use, military models became prefixed with the code "R0". For the purposes of this table, the R0 nomenclature is obviated as this terminology did not exist in all cases, but it can be understood to be present. Military/LE models are also easily identified by their three-digit code in contrast to the four-digit codes for civilian weapons.
The Canadian company Colt Canada (formerly Diemaco) licensed production of a rifle (Colt Model 715) and carbine (Colt Model 725), but later went on to produce an entire line of AR-15/M16 pattern weapons developed independently. In May 2005, Colt's Manufacturing Company acquired Diemaco, and the name was changed to Colt Canada.
