Forgot admin password

Here's one I bet you've never heard before: I forgot my Admin
password. ;=(

I'm sure this has been answered before, but I couldn't find a thread.

How can I recover it, or reset the password (maybe in PHP MyAdmin).

I'd just the install SQL script to set it back to admin.
