Issue with Slack webhook integration

Hello folks,

Since a week, our team is having problems with Cross-Team Slack integration (https://www.blockspring.com/blog/enable-cross-team-slack-chat-with-blockspring), where some messages sent from one team to another (both ways) aren't received. We've tried many things to solve this issue which is vital to our communications between multiples enterprise, like creating other Slack channels and even creating a new Blockspring account and reassembling the block. As an example of whats going on:

I sent a streak of messages in a channel, like this:

In the other channel, I received:

We didn't have this problem like two weeks ago and noticed a good amount of messages being dropped till now. Is there any way I can fild help over here?
