New to Blockspring - Trying to set up Bing Web Search

I'm trying to set the Bing Web Search inside Google Sheets to scrape the web for a list of companies URLs. As I was testing the connection, I think I got the subscription key right, but now there is an error saying I'm out of Call Quota, even though I haven't "called" yet.

"#ERROR! Bing Error - Out of call volume quota. Quota will be replenished in 4.23:28:17."

I'm not sure what I did, but I was just trying to connect the Bing Web Search.
