Would someone from Blockspring be willing to get online with me?

I'm a paying customer and have been trying unsuccessfully to use some of the blockspring templates for the last month plus that Dean Da Costa discusses in his tools training on sourcing. I watched Dean's training and have read your tutorials. I've sent in a couple of emails and even attempted to use the chat feature but as yet to recieve a response. The reason for the urgency is that I'm responsible for trialing sourcing tools for our company and only have so much budget to spread around. If I can't get these templates to work, I'm going to have to drop it and look at paying for other tools. I would like someone to schedule a time with me to get online and walk through these 8 templates I'm attempting to utilize: Prospect Search; Build Email List; Create Lead Profiles; Company Search; Build Employee List; Track Job Postings by Company; and Enrich Company List.
