We're always pleased to see people interested in building things with Blockly, but it's worth noting that Blockly isn't an app:
it's a library that's used to build apps—specifically, to provide a block editor within a larger web app that does something interesting with the generated code.
It's easy to create a Blockly app (you can actually
create a starter app with a single command), but an app that contains Blockly and nothing else is the conceptual equivalent of putting a
<TEXTAREA> on your web page and inviting users to type a program in to it: sure they can do that, but if there isn't anything for their programs to interact with (a pegman in maze, or sprites on a stage, or a robot arm, etc.)—or even any way to run the program—what would be the point?
Helping you create such an app is beyond the scope of the support we can provide, but if you have the skills (your own or hired) to create the rest of the app then we can definitely help you add Blockly to it.
And, just to help set expectations: beware that creating such apps is not trivial: even a simple app can take dozens of hours of work, and the kinds of polished experiences that you can enjoy at e.g.
Blockly Games are the result of thousands of hours of design, development, user testing and refinement.)
Best wishes,
Christopher
