Is there a bug in this Blockly Developer Tools?

After the operation as shown in the picture, the workspace of toolbox will become blank. Have you found this problem?

Thank you for reporting this! That definitely looks like a bug =) I've filed https://github.com/google/blockly/issues/5404 to track getting it fixed.
