Cant drag blocks from toolbox

But blocks in workspace can be dragged to move.

It's difficult for us to provide support without more information. Can you provide any additional details that would help us debug? Information like:

- Can you reproduce this in one of the Blockly test environments? If not, can you provide a *minimum reproducible example*? That is, the smallest set of code possible that illustrates the behavior.

- What version of Blockly are you using? Does the problem occur on other versions?

- Are there any errors in the console?

- Has this always happened, or is it new? If you can run a bisect and pinpoint the change that caused it, that would give us a much more helpful starting point by letting us look at just the code that introduced the bug.

- Do you have any custom code related to the toolbox or to draggers that might be a good place to start looking?

- Does this happen with all blocks, or only certain blocks? Only custom blocks?

In general we are happy to help you debug issues like this, but it's much harder to do so if the starting point is the entirety of your codebase. If you can start the debugging process and identify which part of your code is causing this (or conclude it's a bug in Blockly itself), we will be much more able to help you figure out how to fix it.
