hi i ' m trying to use blockly with unity 5 java scripting but i want to make off line so i can generate and add new block of code direct on my pc

I don't know anything about Unity, but Blockly has no server-side requirements. Assuming you have downloaded a copy of Blockly, just point a web browser to blockly/demos/index.html on your hard drive and you will see Blockly running just fine offline.
