Hello,

I don't think that's currently possible because flyouts have some special hard-coded behavior to allow blocks to be dragged out of them and onto the workspace :/ But you can file a feature request if this functionality is important to you!

This hasn't been triaged yet, so I don't know the priority. But we already have work planned up through the end of September, so I doubt it will happen before October :/

Thanks for your feature request.  Since it's hard to say when or even if we might be able to implement it, I wanted to suggest that you look to see whether the continuous toolbox plugin might meet your needs (or could be adapted to).  Adding accordions to the flyout—and hiding the toolbox categories section normally shown to the left—might be easier than adding support for putting blocks directly into the categories section of the standard toolbox.
