Disabled blocks

Good morning group,

Basically, I have an error that I can't find the logic for, when in my workspace I have a block disabled and then I add another block on top of this block, then both are enabled.

I have been analyzing the listener for each change but I haven't added any custom logic.

I know that in the playgrounds this error doesn't exist.

Do you have a minimum set of code that reproduces the problem?
