Blockly 12.4.1 is now available

Hi all,

Just wanted to share that a new minor version of Blockly, 12.4.1, is now available. This should have been 12.4 but we had some release hiccups, so please make sure to update to 12.4.1 specifically. This release includes a wide range of bug fixes, and as usual is available from both GitHub and NPM. Please let us know if you encounter any issues with it or have questions about upgrading.

As far as v13, work continues apace; the team's main focus has been on improving Blockly's accessibility through focus management, keyboard navigation and screenreader support. While we don't have a firm timeline to share at this point, we're very excited to bring this work to the broader Blockly community, so stay tuned!
