Blockly block and machine learning

Knowing that anyone could assemble block made me think, can it be applied to machine learning field. 
https://github.com/arunsoman/deeplearning4kids is one such possibility where in user just have to wire/assemble the blocks and the coding part is taken care.
The projects objective is to make machine-learning available for those who are more interested in what part rather than the how part, Let me know your views and what will make it more acceptable

Another that I am particularly fond of is machinelearningforkids.co.uk. It allows kids to train classifiers that they can use in their Scratch projects via a scratch extension.
