Do you maybe have a set of steps that we can take to reproduce the issue that you're experiencing? There's a lot of information missing that, without, we can't really provide helpful or accurate suggestions on what to look for or try next.

I think we'll need more context than that, Melli, in order to help you.  I just tried the Blockly Dev Tools at https://google.github.io/blockly-samples/examples/developer-tools/index.html and had no problem dragging. Did you use a different link?  Also, what version of which browser on what kind of computer are you using?  Do you see any error messages in your browser's console log?

I have the same issue - well my blocks in workspace is draggable, but blocks from the toolbox cant be dragged. no errors. Here is my code is anyone want to have a look: https://github.com/fairhill1/blockly-learning-app
