Hi ,

How can we directly run the generated python codes from the blocks directly in the browser without downloading the codes?

Hello!

I don't have a lot of personal experience with this, however this forum answer might be useful to you.

Cheers,
Abby

At the time I suggested Pyodide, I did so partly because it specifically included a bunch of numerical/scientific packages that the original poster wanted.  It looks like now Skult can support those, as well, so it might be a reasonable alternative.  Just a note that I have no direct experience with either of those packages.
