Hi,
I am a part of ANTfarm Robotics , India and we have recently developed a Hardware Board for MIT's Scratch. I was just curious about whether we can connect up a piece of hardware to Blockly and get inputs from there. If Google is doing anything about it that would be great.

Regards,

Subhojit

We have a playground for programming a few msp430 based embedded devices using a form blockly.
You can read about it here:

mansos.edi.lv/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/ewsn-seal_blockly.pdf

It is built on top of SEAL and MansOS:

Thanks Guys ! My question is answered. I looked at both SEAL + MansOS and Johnny-Five and I think both approaches have their own merits. Ours being more of a STEM application , I think Johnny-Five would suit us perfectly.

Subhojit

Google is not working on any hardware connections to/from Blockly.

Leo, it's great to learn about your project.

Subhojit,

We currently have a need for translations into Indian languages.  Any chance you or one of your teammates would be willing to help?  See: https://code.google.com/p/blockly/wiki/Translation

Thanks for your interest in Blockly.

Ellen
