Removing "disable block" from context menu

How can I remove one of the options in the default context menu? We'd like to remove the ability from the users to disable blocks because it does not make sense in our use-case.

Hi Rick,

There is a configuration option you can set at inject time for for disable that should do the trick: disable:false
