Blockly Summit 2024 recorded sessions and highlights are now available, and the application for the Blockly Accessibility Fund is now open for submissions.
Blockly developers, product managers, and curriculum designers traveled from 25 cities and 5 countries to join us at the Google campus in Mountain View, CA.

Blockly Summit 2024 was the most attended, and highest rated community in-person event we've ever hosted!
For the first time, we opened our doors to the entire Blockly ecosystem, inviting engineering, product, and CS education leaders to join this historically developer-only event. This enabled folks to come together who might never have connected otherwise, all around Blockly and coding education innovation.
The Blockly Accessibility Fund is a $5 million initiative created by Google to support the development and implementation of accessible block-based coding education tools and resources.
The fund aims to foster more inclusive computer science education for all students, particularly those with disabilities, by:
Providing funding to organizations that are dedicated to making block-based coding education accessible through the creation or improvement of tools, curricula, and professional development materials.
Supporting research that explores additional ways to enhance the accessibility of block-based coding education, including the investigation of existing approaches and the development of evidence-based best practices.
Applications are being accepted now through September 9, 2024.
