Load a Blockly workspace from a file.

So, I want to load a Blockly workspace that I made through Blockly Developer Tools. At least I want to have an .HTML file containing the Blockly workspace. And here are links to download the files:

Could you explain more about what you've tried and what problems you've run into? In general I would recommend checking out the basic getting started steps on our documentation site.

Hopefully with a bit more information we can get this sorted!
