Re-position blockly elements

I can drag my blockly elements all over the place, even outside the visible workspace, if I'm not careful. Can I restrict the position to remain within positve x- and positive y-positions? Otherwise, can I add a button which re-positions the first element to x =0; and y = 0;?

Yes, absolutely. Turn off the scrollbars in the config options. Demo:
