Update to Plugin Versions

Hello, Block Builders!
We’ve got some updates for you about what we have been up to with recent changes to Blockly and the Blockly plugins.
Plugins now in Blockly repository
The plugins have been moved from blockly-samples over to the core Blockly repository. If you want to contribute to plugins, be sure to make your PRs against the Blockly repo. We’ll be removing the plugins from blockly-samples shortly, which will hopefully help reduce any confusion around where changes need to be made.
Plugins and Blockly now have fixed versioning
We now have the plugins and Blockly all on the same version number. This means that you’ll always know which versions are compatible with one another; simply make the version numbers match! If you’re using dependabot to keep your project updated, you may find that it tries to bump the versions of Blockly and its plugins out of sync with one another. We’ve added a guide for how to configure dependabot so that it groups updates together.
This also means that any breaking changes to plugins will go out together with major version updates to Blockly. You can see our updated documentation on how to contribute to plugins for more information. Rest assured that we don’t plan to increase the frequency at which release breaking changes.
Plugins updated for accessibility
We’ve made a number of changes to plugins to bring them inline with the accessibility changes we’ve been implementing in Blockly. All plugins are now compatible with keyboard navigation and screenreaders!
