Hi,

Could you clarify which guide you're referring to, in particular if you mean the codelab or the guides? The latter covers a lot of ground, and it's worth exploring the sidebar especially if you're looking for information on a specific topic. Beyond that, it would be very helpful if you could share the questions you're trying to answer or any particular aspects of the existing documentation you found confusing – we certainly would like to improve it, and might be able to answer directly here as well.

Thanks!
- Aaron

I cant get any of the guides or the code labs to work as the seam to be missing important information like which files the code snippets need to be added to and in some cases missing sections of code.
I'm trying to add these snippets to a basic project created by NPM

I forgot to add an example anyway.
to the basic NPM project but cant get past the beginning of Step 3 as the colour squares just disappear and don't fill the items.

Hello,

Thanks for your comments, and I appreciate your feedback.  In the coming weeks, we are launching updates that include enhancements to the developer documentation experience, including guides, codelabs and docs search.

This project is part of our multi-month migration effort of Blockly's developer docs from Google Developers to its own platform on blockly.com.

Stay tuned to this community forum for further communications on when this is launched.

Thanks!
Joe

Hi ajb,

We'd love to help, but we need you to give us more information about what's got you stuck. Have you done the Getting Started codelab or read through the docs such as this one about toolboxes? Have you looked at and run the finished example code from the codelab you're doing? We can't help without knowing what the problem is. Please provide:

- what are you trying to accomplish and what have you already tried
- the code you're working with
- any error messages in the console or other output
- a screenshot or more information about what the problem is

While Joe is correct that we're launching a reorganization of the codelabs soon, the content of the codelabs isn't changing significantly and as far as I'm aware all of the codelabs currently work.

Best,
Maribeth
