Plugin for Selecting & Dragging & Doing Actions on Multiple Blocks

Hi all!

I'm writing to introduce my Google Summer of Code 2022 project with MIT App Inventor. The deliverable of this project is a plugin that enables selecting, dragging and manipulating multiple blocks for projects based on Google Blockly, and I believe the plugin is a possible candidate for resolving this issue.
